Christian Lyday founded HTX Roofing & Exteriors to serve local property owners with a more accountable roofing experience. His background includes a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and approximately a decade working in defense-contracting and project-management environments before moving into the roofing and exterior business.
That background shapes the HTX operating philosophy: define the scope, communicate expectations, document decisions, manage the work, and close the project cleanly.
The background only matters if it improves the customer's project. HTX uses that project-management discipline to make scope, scheduling, communication, documentation and expectations easier to understand.
